Most of my sites are for SMEs and self employed individuals, the rates reflect this. Apart from the basic option the sites are bespoke and I work closely with the client to create a site that is contemporary and something they are proud of.
Some sites may require more graphic input like maps and diagrams and also video, these will be priced individually.
Most businesses have secured a web address perhaps for the email, not sure of what sort of website they need a holding page is useful , this would contain a brief outline of the company and contact details. The page would be designed in such a way that it could be expanded in the future to include other pages.

User-friendly database driven admin area, for regular updating, with login. This can be updated from any computer with internet access. It is worth considering carefully the benefits of CMS. Will you update daily or weekly?...if its every 6 months then perhaps consider other options (see below)
